Postal Worker Helps Save Elderly N.H. Woman's Life After Noticing Her Mail Piling Up
After noticing that someone had not picked up their mail in four days, Kayla Berridge requested a welfare check for the Newmarket resident. Upon entering the residence, officers discovered the victim, identified by WCVB as a woman in her 80s, trapped underneath a pile of items that had collapsed on top of her inside her bedroom. She was then taken to the hospital with hypothermia and dehydration. Thanks to Kayla's observation skills, she saved a woman's life.
