Every year the families of fallen New York Police Department officers are thrown a holiday bash over in appreciation for the sacrifices they make and for their continued strength. This is the city's way of saying thank you to the people who are behind in the scenes for all of our amazing police officers. The event not only gives the families something fun to do to celebrate the holidays, but it also provides an opportunity to connect families with each other, many of whom share the same hardship.
