Early in his life, Peter Mutabazi was given a second chance after running away from his abusive father at home. He now works for World Vision, a nonprofit that helps children. Mutabazi knew he wanted to created a safe home for children, since he was not fortunate enough to have this, so he began serving as a foster parent in 2017.
