Artists in Ukraine are providing average people the opportunity to support the country by purchasing art during a time of need. One artist, Yulia Kosareva, set up a listing for a custom pet portrait. Yulia believes that focusing on her work helps distract her from the terrible situation surrounding her. Since March, Yulia has received 2.5 times the amount of orders as normal. Not only did her orders increase, but many other Ukrainian artists have as well thanks to Etsy's support of a currated list.
