Soon, California wildlife will have more terrain to roam thanks to the new bridge spanning 10 lanes of highway in northwest Los Angeles. One of the main beneficiaries of this bridge will be mountain lions, as they typically wander a territory spanning 150 to 200 miles. The $87 million Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing is named for the president and CEO of the Annenberg Foundation, a family foundation that supports non-profits.
